• Your trip starts when you meet your driver guide at menara international airport who will take you to your riad inside the city of marrakech. The city is a captivating place in which to begin your wonderful morocco tour and your driver will guide you to see the most important sights . • Marrakech is Morocco’s most attractive tourist destination. It is actually a cultural center, which provides its visitors with a huge cultural heritage. The first well-known Moroccan square is the so-called “Djemaa el-Fna” which remains the hottest tourist spots with its endless live shows day and night. (overnight in marrakech )

• You will discover The Bahia palace, in arabic called brilliance, this palace was built by ‘Si Moussa’ between 1866 and 1867,it is one of the best-preserved historical sites and positively most fascinating in Marrakesh. Craftsmen worked on this palace for fourteen years. The tiles were imported from Tetouan, the marble from Meknes while the cedar wood used for the painted and shimmering ceilings came from the Atlas mountains. • You will visit koutoubia mosque (69 meters high and 12.8 meter long) which is a magnificent place. It has a great similarity with Giralda of Seville . • As a visitor to Marrakech be sure to visit the Saadian tombs.They were discovered in 1917 but their date goes back to (1578/1603) which is the period of Sultan Ahmed al Mansour • One of the best places to visit in Marrakech is Djemaa El Fna square; At any time of the day from early morning to late evening it is bustling with activity with traders of spices, fruit, leather water bottles and metal cups, snake charmers, story tellers, dancers and traditional musicians . • On this day you will drive through the largest Argan forest in Morocco and stop to take pictures of argan tree climbing goats. A visit to a women's cooperative will follow allowing you to see the process of extracting the oil from the Argan fruit. The oil is known worldwide for it's anti aging properties. • We then head towards the coastal city of Essaouira , known for it's Gnawa music festival in May. Essaouira has a UNESCO world heritage medina. The city has both French and Portuguese influence contributing to it's unique architecture. (overnight in Essaouira )

On this day of your journey ,we will follow the coastal route to get to the city of Agadir. It is a resort town with numerous restaurants and hotels. You will have enough time to discover this beautiful coastal city. Your journey continues through stunning roads and landscapes until you reach your destination the city of Taroudant. On the way, you will admire Berber villages and the beautiful views of the mountains. Taroudant lies in the heart of a fertile valley. You will have time to take a nice walk into Taroudant's myriad streets and buy some Moroccan saffron growing around the area. (overnight in a traditional riad or hotel).

You will begin this day by travelling towards the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou known as Ksar, which means ”palace”. The great and the luxurious location is an assembly of kasbahs as well; a great wall surrounds that. However, Ait Ben Haddou is considered as the UNESCO world heritage site. Moreover, it is one of eight other places of Moroccan’s world heritage sites. Once you are there, you will visit the Ounila valley, where Ait Ben Haddou lies on. It is called ” the salty valley of Morocco”. This explains the importance of the Ksar long time ago as it was an essential station for travelers and traders who used to transport gold, silver and slaves from Africa to Europe. Ait Ben Haddou was the place where merchants and travelers meet together when they rest and relax. The village of Ait Benhaddou, which the best preserved Kasbahs the most intriguing of the red earth castles and one of the most eye-catching filming locations featured in Game of Thrones, Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator and many others. After driving 15km you will reach the city of Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa) also considered as the gate of sahara desert . (overnight in Ouarzazate ).

On this day after driving 70km We will reach the city of Agdz. Excellent for bird watching and relaxation under the shade of palm trees. The main square has a date souk, a vegetable souk and lots of shops. We move next to Zagora, famously known for being 52 days away from Timbuktu by camel caravan. On the way we will pass the Berbers of the Draa Valley who have preserved their traditional way of life. They ride donkeys, wash their clothes in the river and use clay to build their houses. We will visit the tiny village of Tamgroute to see it’s incredible library of medieval manuscripts. (overnight in Zagora ).

Continue your journey towards Merzouga via Nkob exploing the immense Kasbahs inside the old village, and the captivating Draa Valley which stretches from the High Atlas Mountains to the Sahara Desert. After having lunch in nkob you will head towards Rissani town which was an ancient strategic cross roads destination on the trans saharian trade route, linking western Africa with Europe and Asia from the 8th to the 16th centuries. It is known for traditional markets and souks where are displayed gifts, spices crafts,local fresh produce and Moroccan sweet dates. The last destination on this day will be Merzouga Sahara Desert sand dunes known as Erg Chebbi. (overnight in Merzouga).

* In this day you will continue exploring the sahara desert by learning more about the culture of the Berber people .you will see Berber farms and fields ,also underground water and irrigation system, for family agriculture and for spectacular date palms. * discover "Flamingos Lake" which attracts many species of birds during spring like Falcons, desert Sparrows and many more. * heading towards the african village “khamlia”,an area famous for its Gnaoua singers, where you can listen to their beautifully spiritual music, watch, and, if you wish, join in with their traditional dancing. * Visit a nomadic Berber family, share a cup of tea with them and be enchanted by their lifestyle, their traditional tents and the harsh environment in which they live. * having lunch of Berber pizza which is a food specialty of the desert town of Merzouga (with a berber family if it is possible). *returning to your kasbah in late afternoon for relaxing for a while, you will be taken by 4-wheel drive vehicle to your Morocco desert camp located in the eastern wilderness preserved section of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Here you can take a camel ride into the sand dunes of the sahara desert to watch the sun setting over the desert or relax at your camp. (overnight in Merzouga desert camp).

After having experienced a memorable 2 nights in the spectacular sand dunes of sahara, you depart for the town of Erfoud which is consedered as the centre of one of the richest and most extensive fossil fields in the world .You will visit a local fossil craft workshop. *heading toward todgha gorges known as a most spectacular canyon and has been used for several international movies such as the "Mummy". * visit the Rose valley and Kalaat Mgouna, known as the rose capital, also known for the annual festival during the rose harvest in may to choose miss rose of Morocco. *the final destination on this day will be the captivating town of boumalen dades which is famous for its beautiful and charming landscapes, as well as its idyllic gorges. also observe along the valley, amazing rock formations known as the Monkey fingers. (overnight in Boumalen Dades ).

* On this day you will Continue your trip through the "Road of the thousand Kasbahs, the iconic Berber mud brick villages and earth castles to the "Oasis of Skoura". It is an UNESCO protected and is famous for its numerous Majestic Kasbahs and here we will stop to visit the "Kasbah of Amridil". • Later you will visit Telouet Kasbah which was the birthplace of the High Atlas Mountain's most powerful family in the 19th century, the Glaoui family. Built of stone and crude cement and it was the seat of the powerful Thami El Glaoui family .It stands at an elevation of 1,800 M occupying a strategic position in the High Atlas. Your trip will continue through the dramatically beautiful landscapes of the High Atlas region, passing through old berber mud villages and over the Tizi n Tichka Pass, at altitude 2,260 M. Once through the pass and over the Mountains you will arrive again to the cosmopolitan city of marrakech . (overnight in Marrakech )
