On the 3rd day of your itinerary ,after leaving the beautiful Chefchaouen, you will head south via the stunning Rif mountains towards the Roman ruins of Volubilis, where you will undertake a guided walking visit of the ruins. • On this day you will drive through the largest Argan forest in Morocco and stop to take pictures of Argan tree climbing goats. A visit to a women's cooperative will follow allowing you to see the process of extracting the oil from the Argan fruit. The oil is known worldwide for it's anti aging properties. • We then head towards the coastal city of Essaouira , known for it's Gnawa music festival in May. Essaouira has a UNESCO world heritage medina. The city has both French and Portuguese influence contributing to it's unique architecture.
