We will take you in a morning guided tour of Marrakech "the Red City of Morocco”. On this day of your journey ,we will follow the coastal route to get to the city of Agadir. It is a resort town with numerous restaurants and hotels. You will have enough time to discover this beautiful coastal city. Next your journey continues through stunning roads and landscapes until you reach the city of Taroudant. Begin your day with a visit to the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, one of the most iconic and visually striking filming locations in Morocco. It has been featured in numerous international productions, including Game of Thrones, Gladiator, and many more. Afterward, continue your journey by driving approximately 14 kilometers to reach the city of Ouarzazate, often referred to as the "Hollywood of Africa." This city is also considered the gateway to the Sahara Desert, offering a blend of cinematic history and desert charm. (overnight in Ouarzazate )

Begin your day by driving approximately 70 kilometers, passing through the small town of Agdz. This peaceful spot is excellent for bird watching and relaxing under the shade of lush palm trees. Next your journey continues towards the village of Tamgroute, known for its skilled mud handcrafters, where we will discover the traditional pottery factory to have an idea of the pottery work. Afterward, you will visit one of the oldest libraries , which houses a rare collection of ancient manuscripts covering Islamic teachings, medicine, and mathematics. (overnight in Zagora )

Your journey continues towards Merzouga, taking you through the charming village of Nkob. Along the way, you will pass through the captivating Draa Valley, renowned for its palm groves, ancient kasbahs, and stunning desert landscapes. Afterwards, you will continue to the city of Rissani, which is known for its traditional markets and vibrant souks. Here, you will find a variety of goods on display, including handcrafted gifts, aromatic spices, local fresh produce, and Morocco’s famous sweet dates. On this day you will continue exploring the sahara desert by learning more about the culture of the berber people .You will see berber farms and fields ,as well as underground water channels and irrigation system. Next, you will discover the scenic Flamingos Lake, which attracts many species of birds during the spring, including falcons, desert sparrows, and more. Afterward, you’ll head towards the African village of Khamlia, an area renowned for its Gnaoua musicians. There, you can listen to their beautifully spiritual music and experience the rhythm of this rich cultural heritage. Following that, you will visit a nomadic Berber family. Sharing a cup of tea with them, you’ll be enchanted by their lifestyle, traditional tents, and the harsh desert environment in which they live. Later, enjoy a traditional lunch of Berber pizza—a culinary specialty of the desert town of Merzouga(possibly hosted by a Berber family, if available). Finally, you will be taken to your Morocco desert camp where you can take a camel ride into the sand dunes to watch the sun setting over the desert or relax at your camp. After having experienced two memorable nights in the spectacular sand dunes of the Sahara, you will depart for the town of Erfoud, which is considered the center of one of the richest and most extensive fossil fields in the world. From there, you will head toward the Todgha Gorges, known as one of the most spectacular canyons in Morocco. Its dramatic cliffs and natural beauty have made it a popular filming location for several international movies, including The Mummy. Next, your journey continues through the scenic Rose Valley and the town of Kalaat Mgouna, famously known as the Rose Capital. Finally, you will arrive in the captivating town of Boumalne Dades, renowned for its beautiful and charming landscapes, as well as its peaceful gorges and unique rock formations, making it the perfect place to end the day.(overnight in Boumalen Dades )

On this day, you will continue your trip along the famous Road of the Thousand Kasbahs with a visit to the Kasbah of Amridil, a remarkable example of traditional southern Moroccan architecture. Continuing the journey, you will cross the impressive Tizi n’Tichka Pass at an altitude of 2,260 meters, enjoying breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains along the way. En route, you will stop to visit the historic Telouet Kasbah, the former stronghold and birthplace of the powerful Glaoui family, one of the most influential dynasties in the 19th-century High Atlas region.
